The Norman Station Conservation Club will conduct its monthly bluegrass jamboree from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

The event will feature Norman Station, Sure Shot Turkey Dusters, James White and Deer Creek and Lost River Risin’.

The jamboree is free, and the public is invited.

The kitchen will be serving soups, sandwiches and desserts.

A Thanksgiving pitch-in dinner will follow the jamboree. The main course will be provided by the club. Bring a covered dish or dessert.

With the holidays and winter weather concerns, this will be the last jamboree until March 18.

The club is in northwest Jackson County at 12157 W. County Road 450N, Norman.

Membership in the Norman Station Conservation Club may be acquired for $10 per family per year and may be sent to the club at P.O. Box 27, Norman, IN 47264.

Band members interested in performing at a jamboree or a festival may contact Fred Norman at 812-834-5184.
