The Jackson County Public Library Spilling Ink Writers’ Group will meet at 2 p.m. Oct. 14 in the meeting room at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

Because the advertised speaker will not be able to attend, there will be a write-in.

Registration is not required for this free group, which is open to all ages. Published author and library information services assistant Kathi Linz leads the group, which meets on a mid-month Saturday each month.

Anyone interested in writing is invited to attend.
