Anyone interested in solar energy for their home, business or place of worship is invited to an open house and solar array dedication from 4 to 6 p.m. Sept. 16 at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbus, 7850 W. Goeller Blvd., Columbus.

There will lots of solar information available, displays, opportunities to talk with solar homeowners and speakers, including some from Interfaith Power and Light, according to a news release.

Refreshments also will be served.

This event is sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbus green sanctuary committee, Interfaith Power and Light, Sierra Club, Energy Matters and Columbus Solar Initiative.
