Seymour government offices, including the Department of Public Works and Seymour Transit, will be closed Monday in observance of Labor Day.

Trash, recycling and yard waste normally picked up Monday will be collected Tuesday.

Jackson County governmental offices along with those in Brownstown, Crothersville and Medora also will be closed for the holiday.
