The Jackson County Public Library will offer Creative Connection, an arts and crafts program for adults 18 and over, at 2 p.m. Sept. 23 at the library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.
Led by artist and information services clerk Trina Roark, attendees will make a painted Halloween goblet.
Registration is required by Sept. 17 at the library checkout desk with a $2 payment for supplies.
