Emily Kathleen “Kati” Brown of Freetown and Colton James Patriquin of Hershey, Pennsylvania, were married at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Brownstown Church of the Nazarene. The Rev. Tim Lichtley of Brownstown and the Rev. Tim Miller of Bluffton officiated.

She is the daughter of Curt and Shauni Brown of Freetown and the granddaughter of Joe and Joella Gallion of Brownstown and Sherry Brown of Huntington.

He is the son of Aaron and Pattie Patriquin of Hershey, Pennsylvania, and the grandson of Norma Horner and Brian Patriquin, both of Canada.

Kari Brown, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Kathryn Grimes, Alyssa Slabaugh, Kelsie Pullen and Jasmine Patriquin, sister of the groom.

Logan Patriquin, brother of the groom, was best man, and groomsmen were Josh Ross, Brady Whitton, Seth Wooten and Jared Pasko, brother of the bride.

The bridal flowers were gerberas and Asiatic lilies. The bridal attendants wore navy blue.

The flower girls were Briella Ashpaugh and Zoey Pasko, niece of the bride.

Ushers were Luke Gallion and Ellis Gallion, cousins of the bride, and Tracey Davidson was the organist. Hannah Gallion, cousin of the bride, was wedding coordinator, Marci Lichtley handled the book registry and Marissa Lichtley distributed the programs. Renee Gallion and Beth Gallion, aunts of the bride, served the cake.

After a honeymoon to Los Cabos, Mexico, the couple are living in Fishers. He is a high school history teacher, and she works for the Indiana Department of Child Services.
