Kenneth E. and Janice D. Warner of Seymour celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary July 4 at a family picnic given by their children in the gazebo at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown, where Kenneth currently is a resident.

Kenneth and the former Janice Selby were married July 4, 1957, at Freetown Church of Christ. The Rev. Marion Ellis officiated.

The couple have four children, Nicholas Warner of Seymour, Wendy (Jack) Schryer of Medora, Christina (Charles) Elmore of Flowery Branch, Georgia, and Kendale (Maribeth) Warner of Brownstown; nine grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Kenneth retired in 1999 from Milestone Ltd. after 42 years.
