The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet at 7:45 p.m. Monday in the boardroom at the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.
Board meetings are open to the public and press.
Trustees also will meet in executive session at 7 p.m. Monday to discuss, before a determination, an individual’s status as an employee, student or independent contractor who is a physician.
Also during the executive session, which is closed to the public and press, trustees plan to discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies and engage in strategic planning.
