The Seymour Redevelopment Commission will have a special meeting at 4 p.m. Monday to review a bid to develop a downtown park in the 100 block of East Tipton Street in a vacant lot across from the grain silos.

The meeting is open to the public and will be in council chambers at Seymour City Hall, 301 N. Chestnut St.
