Legacy Excavating LLC has been contracted by the Louisville & Indiana Railroad to replace the crossing on Second Street in Seymour.
The project, which will require a complete road closure at the crossing, is tentatively scheduled for Thursday and Friday.
The project is dependent upon weather and delivery of materials.
