Thomas Guy Collins, 68, of Seymour passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017, at Veterans Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service. A memorial service and flag presentation with the playing of taps will be at 7 p.m.
