Tigers win tri-meet
HANOVER
Crothersville scored 58 points to top New Washington (48) and Southwestern (35) on Wednesday.
Tigers senior Katrina Christian shattered the school record in the 300 hurdles with a time of 47.4 seconds. The previous record was 49.44.
Christian also won the high jump with a clear of 4 feet, 6 inches.
The Tigers’ Breanna Barger received a blue ribbon in the 800 by clocking 2:47.
Kalynda Hoevener won the shot put with a heave of 27-9 for Crothersville.
Crothersville took first in all three relay events on the night.
