SEYMOUR

Randy Joel Miller, 71, of Seymour passed away peacefully at 5:20 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Franciscan Health Heart Center Indianapolis.

Born April 2, 1945, in Seymour, he was the son of Willard and Lela Robison Miller, both of whom preceded him in death.

Randy graduated from Brownstown High School in 1963. He was retired from Kieffer Paper Mills, where he had served as union president in Brownstown. His favorite hobbies were fishing, hunting, cooking and flea markets and auctions.

He was the loving father to Tammy (Randy) Colliver of Clarksville, Tennessee; grandfather to Erica (Greg) Montelione of New Port Richey, Florida, and Samantha (Jessie) Jimenez, Jamie Helton and Hannah Helton, all of Clarksville, Tennessee; and proud great-grandfather of Jaxson and Penelope Jimenez of Clarksville, Tennessee. Other survivors include a brother, Joe (Judy) Miller of Brownstown; sisters, Karen Brock of Lakeland, Florida, and Sharon Anderson of Pablo, Montana; and seven nieces and nephews and two great nieces and two great nephews.

To our loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, we will always carry your memory in our hearts.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ron Miller.

Memorials be made  to the American Heart Association through Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre in Seymour.
