ERA Real Estate recently recognized a local real estate agent by naming her to its Leaders’ Circle.

Kathi Combs Byrd with Schuler Bauer Real Estate ERA Powered in Seymour received the award for achieving sales results that put her among the top-producing sales professionals, according to a news release from the firm.

Recipients are recognized in several categories, including total units closed and total agent gross commissions.

ERA sales associates or selling-brokers must have achieved 65 total closed units or $200,000 in adjusted gross commission in 2016 to receive the designation. Associate or broker teams must have generated 97.5 closed units or $300,000 in adjusted gross commissions to earn the designation.

Byrd ranked 21st in the state in adjusted gross commission and 16th in units closed in 2016.

Recipients will be recognized March 19 through 21 during the 2017 ERA International Business Conference in Dallas, Texas.
