COMMISKEY
Edward Nelson “Ed” Young, 56, of Commiskey died at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Survivors include daughter, Savannah (Jeremy Helton) Young of Commiskey; mother and stepfather, Barbara and Lowell O. Reid of Golden Valley, Arizona; brothers, John (Lora) Young of North Vernon and Robert L. Reid of Riverside, California; sisters, Lori Reid and Lisa Reid of Canyon Country, California, and Darlena Engleking of North Vernon; grandchild, Connor Bower of Commiskey; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Young.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Damon Marling and the Rev. Kenneth Smith officiating. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service.
Memorials may be made for expenses.
