Laura Marie Welch, 93, of Seymour, formerly of North Vernon, died at 5:14 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at Schneck Medical Center.
Survivors include her son, James Gary Welch of North Vernon and a granddaughter, Kaitlin Nicole Welch.
She was preceded by her husband, Tom Welch, and a son, Charles William Welch.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service in North Vernon. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Graham Baptist Church or Shrine Hospital Transportation Fund.
