Northbound lanes of Interstate 65 closed at Jonesville exit

Chestnut Street, between Tipton Street and the railroad tracks at St. Louis Avenue will be closed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday for the Indiana Bicentennial Torch Relay. Jackson County Bank drive-thru will remain open. No parking and no traffic will be allowed until event concludes. Parking is available in eight Seymour downtown parking lots.

A two-vehicle crash with injuries at the 55-mile marker of Intertstate 65 has both northbound lanes closed at this time, according to Sgt. Stephen Wheeles with the Indiana State Police.
