Cecil Brock, 72, of Bedford, died Friday, Jan. 13, 2017.
The funeral service will be at noon Friday at Shiloh Pentecostal Temple in Bloomington.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Allen Funeral Home and Crematory in Bloomington handled the arrangements.
