
The Freetown Leprechauns 4-H Club met Dec. 20 at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown.
Ashley Kuhlman gave a demonstration on checking on a chick before it is born, and Grant Elliott gave a demonstration on how to rescue a cat when it is choking.
The group sang Christmas carols and gave ornaments to the residents at the nursing home.
Elliott gave a health and safety lesson on treating the common cold.
Refreshments were provided by Kuhlman and Grayson Vague.
The next meeting will be Tuesday with a representative from the Young Marines providing a program.
