Tri Kappa chapter wraps up 2016

Seymour Gamma Phi chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa met Dec. 6 at the home of Alyson Fish.

The social committee of Brooke Bogan, Sonya Collett, Karla Hubbard and Monica Kriete provided members with Christmas cookies, cider and hot chocolate prior to the business meeting.

President Ann Tormoehlen called the meeting to order, and Andi Bukowski called roll.

Officers gave their monthly reports, followed by committee reports. Mae Krumme thanked Justine Jameson and Jessica Olsen for helping wrap gifts for Anchor House and passed around a signup sheet for the Girls Inc. Christmas party on Dec. 16.

Mary Elisabeth Keller discussed the Mental Health America of Jackson County Christmas Gift Lift, while Martha Brown discussed a potential outreach project at Community Provisions of Jackson County. Michal Leah Bevers said nut sales were good this year.

Mindy Roeder discussed the Twice is Nice Kids Consignment Sale with a new date of March 11.

The next meeting will be Jan. 17 at Larrison’s Diner.
