Billy G. Wilson, 82, of Seymour passed away Friday, Dec. 30, 2016, at Schneck Medical Center.

He was born in Loudon, Tennessee.

Billy retired from Cummins Engine Co. after 31½ years of service.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; daughter, Cheryl (John) Dorsey; sons, Dennis (Katie) Wilson and Joseph (Melissa) Wilson; grandchildren, Andy Dorsey, Melanie Martin, Ethan (Kasey) Wilson and Casey Wilson; great-grandchildren, Ashley, Abbey, Jacob and Joseph Martin; and a brother, Garland Wilson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Lloyd and Bob Wilson.

A private funeral service was at Voss Chapel in Seymour with burial following at Riverview Cemetery.
