The Jackson County Public Library will offer Creative Connection, an arts and crafts program for adults and teens 14 and over, at 2 p.m. Jan. 14 at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

Led by skilled artist and information services clerk Trina Roark, attendees will create a winter snowman painting.

Registration is required at the library checkout desk with a $4 payment for supplies by Jan. 9. There is a minimum of three and a maximum of 20 attendees.
