The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at 7 p.m. today in the hospital boardroom.

The purpose of the executive session is to discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies and engage in strategic planning and to discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees.

Executive sessions are closed to the public and press.

Trustees also will meet in open session, open to the public and press, at 7:45 p.m.

The hospital is at 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.
