The Seymour Department of Public Works will begin leaf pickup at residences this week.

Leaf pickup will be the day after your trash pickup, weather permitting.

There is no need for residents to call for this service.

Leaves should be raked to the edge of lawn, as close to the curb as possible but not into the street. Leaf piles should be free of branches and other trash items.

Residents are asked to avoid placing leaves in the street and near stormwater catch basins.
