Ellen Jarvis, the daughter of Tony Jarvis and Bonnie Jarvis, also earned a bachelor’s degree in pre-veterinary medicine from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky.

During her time at Murray State University, she was a member of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association, Murray Christian Fellowship and Pre-Veterinary/AHT Club.

Jarvis and her classmates will spend eight weeks during the first semester of the program engaging in clinical areas of veterinary practice rather than attending lectures and laboratories.
