Immanuel Ladies Aid plans crafts show


The Ladies Aid from Immanuel Lutheran Church is planning its 34th annual arts and crafts show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 5 in both gyms of Immanuel Lutheran School in Seymour.

More than 75 vendors from New Palestine, Greenwood, Columbus, Hope, Seymour and elsewhere plan to attend.

This year’s show will feature musicians and Christmas songs.

The items for sale are varied but include woven rugs, repurposed blue jean items, carved and fashioned wooden pictures, doll clothes, goat milk soap, purses and repurposed woolen articles of scarves, gloves and purses, to name a few.

A light lunch of chili, coney dogs, westerns and desserts will be available.

All proceeds go to church charities, schools, community charities and youth activities.

Parking will be available in the north lot of the church at 605 S. Walnut St. A handicap ramp is available.
