Jennifer Mulryan, 23, Morgantown, pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor; one year jail, 273 days suspended, 273 days supervised probation; 46 days credit, 46 days credit time; ordered to submit to a drug and alcohol program for evaluation and treatment and/or therapy if indicated and pay all fees; ordered to be randomly tested for controlled substances, drugs and/or alcohol; ordered to pay court costs, probation fees, $200 drug interdiction fee and $400 public defender fee; state agrees to dismiss Count I.
