Santiago Alejo-Zacarias, 31, Seymour, pleaded guilty to counterfeiting, a Class D felony; six months jail; 118 days credit, 118 days credit time; sentence to be served consecutively to sentence imposed in Jackson Circuit cause 36C01-1507-F6-217; ordered to pay court costs and $400 public defender fee.

Adan Aguirre, 20, Seymour, pleaded guilty to child molesting, a Level 4 felony; six years prison with four years to be spent on home detention; remaining two years suspended; 27 days credit, nine days credit time; no-contact order; ordered to submit to drug and alcohol screenings and enroll in and complete a course of treatment and/or therapy for sex offenders and pay all costs; ordered to pay court costs, home detention and probation fees, $100 child abuse prevention fee and $500 sexual assault victim assistance fee; state agrees to dismiss Count II.
