The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in regular session at 7:45 p.m. Monday in the boardroom of the hospital at 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.
The board also will meet in executive session at 7 p.m. to discuss and prepare competitive marketing strategies and engage in strategic planning.
Executive sessions are closed to the public and press, while regular meetings are open to the public and press.
