Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Jackson County Planning and Zoning Office, 202 E. Walnut St., Brownstown.

Tim Perkins, 916 S. State Road 235, Medora, plans to request a variance from the required 90-foot setback from a state road to allow for placement of a mobile home 55 feet off a state road. The mobile home, which is replacing an older mobile home, would be placed on a 1.94-acre tract owned by Ryan Scott of Brownstown.
