3 JCB employees earn promotions

Three employees of JCB recently were promoted, according to a news release from the Seymour-based bank.

Will Clark was promoted to assistant vice president. He began his career at JCB in May 2012 as the retail loan processing supervisor. In August 2012, he accepted the role of retail loan credit services officer.

Clark has 15 years of loan and banking experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from Ashford University. He has completed several training courses specific to credit administration and loan compliance.

Chris Marks also has been promoted to assistant vice president. He joined JCB in July 2003 as assistant branch manager at Jackson Park. He held the positions of interim branch manager at Clover Center, training coordinator and network administrator before stepping into the role of information security officer in 2012.

Marks holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, is a graduate of Leadership Jackson County and has received training in network administration, information security and cyber security.

Julie Kloote has been promoted to officer. She started her JCB career in July 2012 as a commercial analyst and has more than 19 years of banking experience concentrated in the loan area.

Kloote holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and is a graduate of Leadership Johnson County. She has completed several training courses specific to credit analysis and commercial lending.

JCB has nine locations in four counties throughout south-central Indiana.
