Minecraft programs set at libraries

Jackson County Public Library will offer free Minecraft programs for children in kindergarten through third grade at 4 p.m. Tuesday and grades four through six at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Crothersville Library, 120 W. Main St.

The programs also will be offered for children in kindergarten through sixth grade at 4 p.m. June 21 at the Medora Library, 27 W. Main St.

Registration is required for all programs.

Minecraft is an online gaming platform for children of all ages. Laptops and iPads are available, provided by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the Indiana State Library.
