COLUMBUS
Richard Dale “Rick” Coffey, 57, formerly of Columbus died at 7:45 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016, at Core Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford.
Survivors include his mother, Dora Coffey, Seymour; siblings, Connie Coffey and Ronnie Coffey, both of Columbus, Donna Coffey, Seymour, Marie Coffey, La Crosse, Wisconsin, and Barbara Davis, Albion; and children, Kenneth, Devin, Angela and Rickie.
There will be no calling or services.
Memorials may be made to donor’s choice of charity.
Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street in Columbus handled the arrangements.
