Danielle Rose Watkins, 35, of Seymour died at 3:35 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2016, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
Survivors include her husband, Jason Perkins of Seymour; children, Nicholas Perkins, Johnathan Watkins and Jason Perkins Jr., all of Seymour; mother, Mary Bowles of North Vernon; brothers, James Eric Watkins and Keenan Allen (April) Watkins, both of North Vernon; and sister, Misty (Steve) Watkins Hacker of North Vernon,
The funeral service was Monday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Burial will be in the Cave Springs Cemetery in Jennings County.
Memorials may be made for expenses.
