Francis A. Stout, 98, of Commiskey died at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at his residence.

Survivors include a sister, Patricia (Ray) Whitaker.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service in North Vernon with the Rev. Dale Boyd officiating.

Burial will be at Dupont Cemetery.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
