Southern Indiana Center for the Arts will conduct two Paws for a Cause fundraisers at the center at 2001 N. Ewing St., Seymour.

The first one is Saturday, and the other one is set for June 18. The events will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with time slots available every 15 minutes.

The public is invited to bring their pets and let them create an original piece of abstract art or make individual paw prints on art paper.

The cost is $20 per painting, and 15 percent of the net profit from the event will be donated to the Humane Society of Jackson County and Jackson County Dog Shelter.

Cost will be $20 per painting with all supplies and instruction provided.

Pets must be kept on leashes. A washing station will be available.
