Retired teachers’ meeting planned

The Jackson County Retired Teachers Association’s May meeting will be at noon Thursday at First United Methodist Church in Seymour.

Carl Shake with the Bicentennial Planning Committee of Jackson County will discuss upcoming events associated with the Indiana bicentennial celebration.

Members also will vote on officers for the upcoming year.

All retired teachers in Jackson County are invited to attend.
