Joni Muchler with Purdue Extension Jackson County plans to present a free program about slow-cooker cooking and safety at 5:30 p.m. Monday at Brownstown Public Library, 120 E. Spring St.

The program will provide tips and tricks to enhance your slow cooker cooking experience while keeping you and your family safe.
