Jeanette Hackman recently announced that sponsorship forms for the Jackson County Fair Queen Pageant have been mailed to local clubs and organizations.

The pageant is open to any Jackson County woman who will be 18 by July 24 when the fair begins and will not reach their 22nd birthday on or before June 1, 2017.

If you have not received a form, contact Hackman, who is director of the pageant, at 812-358-4292.

The deadline to submit an entry/sponsorship form is noon June 30.

The pageant will be at 8 p.m. July 24 at the grandstand.
