The 10th annual Hotrods and Academics Car Show will be Saturday on the front lawn of Seymour High School.

Registration is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and awards will be presented at 3 p.m.

The event is organized by the high school’s CARR (Customs, Academics, Racing and Restorations) Club.

Entry is $10 per vehicle. Dash plaques will be given to the first 50 participants.

Categories for awards include top three in pre-1975, 1975 and newer and student class; best paint, best interior, principal’s choice, under construction and longest haul.

There will be a coloring contest for kids, concessions and door prizes.
