“We want to celebrate all mothers in Jackson County,” said Magda Posadas Robledo, a case manager with Turning Point Domestic Violence Services Latina.

“We also want to share our culture through dancing, music and poems,” she said.

Local service and youth organizations, including Child Care Network, Turning Point, United Way 2-1-1, Girls Inc., Hoosier Trails Council Boy Scouts of America, Jackson County United Way, a 4-H Latino group, Read Jackson County and Plaza Latina and others, will have booths.

There will be entertainment, and student volunteers will be on hand to help with translation services.
