COLUMBUS
Charles Randall Warf, 66, of Columbus died at 11:53 a.m. Monday, March 21, 2016, at Richard L. Roudenbush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his wife, Sally Warf of Columbus; daughter, Angie (Casey) Wheeler of Columbus; sister, Mageline Denney of Glasgow, Kentucky; and three grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Vernon Cemetery.
Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon handled the arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart or American Lung Association for research.
