Central Christian Church will conduct a series of Holy Week services and events, beginning with Palm Sunday.

That service, featuring a palm parade, will begin at 9 a.m. Sunday at the church at 1434 W. Second St., Seymour.

The Maundy Thursday Service with communion will begin at 6:30 p.m. March 24.

Good Friday Journey to the Cross Prayer Watch will be from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 25. This will be a time for personal prayer, meditation and reflection. Quiet music and prayer material will be available.

There will be an Easter egg hunt with a puppet skit at 1 p.m. March 26 for toddlers through fifth-grade students. That hunt will be on the church property or in the fellowship hall if there is inclement weather.

March 27 will begin with an Easter sunrise service at 7 a.m. followed by Easter worship service with baptisms at 9 a.m.

Guest speaker and musician Robert Rogers will speak at 7 p.m. April 2 and 9 a.m. April 3. Rogers is an accomplished worship leader, pianist, songwriter and author.
