NORTH VERNON

Kathryn Monroe, 85, of North Vernon died at 10 a.m. Friday, March 4, 2016, at her residence.

Survivors include sons, Dennis (Cherie) Monroe of Burgoon, Ohio, and Ken (Janet) Wilbur of Oregon, Ohio; two daughters, Patricia Monroe of Toledo, Ohio, and Sheree Corum of North Vernon; 30 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Ernest Monroe; and a son, Greg Monroe.

Cremation is planned. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services handled the arrangements.

Memorials may be made for cremation services to Oral Roberts University.
