Dorothy Ann Phillips, 75, of Columbus, died at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, at her residence.
Survivors include son, Vyran L. Phillips of North Vernon; daughter, Valerie A. (Mitchell “Mick” Blair) Phillips of Indianapolis; sisters, Pauline Cook of North Vernon and Agnes West of Grand Rapids, Michigan; and three grandchildren.
A celebration of life memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Faith Ministries, 5103 W. State Road 46, Columbus, with a family and friends open house to follow until 4 p.m.
Dove-Sharp and Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon handled the arrangements.
