Owls fall in OT
SALEM — The Seymour boys basketball team fell to Salem 65-63 in an overtime game on Saturday.
At halftime, the Owls led 24-23.
Owls senior Toriek Miller scored 17 points in the fourth quarter, but the Lions answered with 20 points of their own to force extra time.
In overtime, the Owls were outscored 9-7.
Miller led the Owls with 27 points, Alan Perry added 15 and Tyler Bloom tallied 11.
Seymour (5-12) will host South Ripley on Saturday.
