NORTH VERNON

Daniel Raymond Proctor, 61, of North Vernon, died at 12:16 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1, 2016, at Columbus Regional Health.

Survivors include his sons, Joshua Proctor of Scipio and Michael (Misty) Proctor of North Vernon; daughter, Amanda (Daniel) Johnson of Butlerville; brothers, David Proctor of North Vernon and Ronnie (Patricia) Proctor of Fort Wayne; sister, Beverly Shepherd of Dupont; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise Ebbing Proctor.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Members of North Vernon Loyal Order of the Moose will conduct a Moose memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9:30 a.m. until time of service Thursday.

Memorials may be made to Christ’s Way Christian Church, North Vernon Moose Lodge or American Heart Association.
