FREETOWN

Christopher Lee Spellman, 45, of Freetown, died at 8:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 11, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Spellman; son, Christioper Lee Spellman Jr.; stepdaughter, Christina Tucker; a grandson; mother, Vicki (Wayne) Bush; father, Lee (Joanie) Spellman; a sister, Michelle Johnson; two stepsisters, Amanda Lichlyter and Kari Arrowood; two stepbrothers, James Spellman and Jeffrey Arrowood; two nieces and a nephew; a stepnephew; three great-nephews; and a great-niece.

Services will be at a later date.

Woodlawn Family Life Celebration Centre handled the arrangements.
