NORTH VERNON
Tom W. Ellis, 75, of North Vernon died at 5:46 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Yuriko Yasuda Ellis; four daughters, Sonya (Nathan) Lewis, Tonya (Duane) Ralston and Linda (Rolla) Millspaugh, all of North Vernon, and Deanna (Jerry) Costanzo of Glen Cove, New York; a son, John (Laura) Ellis of Evansville; a brother, Jim (Joy) Ellis of Greenwood; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral and Cremation Service. Burial will be in Vernon Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of the service.
