Teresa Lynn Mullins, 57, of Columbus, died at 6:42 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015, at her home.
Survivors include her parents, Jim and Shirley Biehle Mullins of Columbus; son, Aaron Mullins of Columbus; brother, Alan Mullins of Columbus; sisters, Angela (Dave) Prater of Columbus and Selina (John) Stoller of Fishers; and a granddaughter.
In keeping with Teresa’s wishes, cremation will take place. There will be no services. Inurnment will be at Vernon Cemetery at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
